DEUBLIN FACTORY REPAIR & DEUBLIN SERVICEKITS

DEUBLIN Company offers a factory repair service for the rebuilding of DEUBLIN unions. Factory repaired unions are warranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
Meefil BV provides this service for our customers in The Netherlands.

HOW TO PROCEED Repairability of rotating unions depends on model, year of build, material-conditions, proper tools to (dis)assemble the rotating union and qualified skills. We provide serviceskits for your maintenance. There are 2 types of servicekits:

SERVICEKIT BASIC
to replace all seals of the rotating union. This servicekit is also known as C-type servicekit.

SERVICEKIT PLUS
to replace all INNER parts of the rotating union, including rotor and bearings. This servicekit is also known as B-type servicekit.

This is what we need to help you:
1.
The rotating union ordering code (typenumber) This number can be found on the housing of the Deublin rotating union, either laser-printed, engraved or nameplated.
2.
The machine brand name and model, for coolant (machine tool industry) this reference is mandatory!
3.
The contactperson full name who will be supervising the actual repair and/or maintenance.

DEUBLIN CONNECTING ADAPTERS

Our Stainless Steel Adapters are mainly used for hoses with a typical BSP threated connection to fit a NPT hose connection. This is why our adapters have OUTER npt thread and INNER bsp thread.
